Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using nView ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

nView lets you preview, convert, and manage a variety of file types (images, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and specialized formats), store a history of your files, and share or save them from your device.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use most features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

nView offers optional paid subscription plans that unlock additional features.

  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play automatically renew for the same duration and at the same price, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel a subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. No refund will be issued for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law.
  • Free trials: If a plan includes a free trial, you will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.
  • Manual payment method: If you choose to pay through a manual payment channel, your subscription request is reviewed and approved manually by our team upon verification of your payment reference and proof of payment. This may take up to a few business days.
Manage or cancel App Store/Play Store subscriptions directly from your device's account settings — we cannot cancel these on your behalf.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Upload or process any content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App or our servers.
  • Use the service for any fraudulent or harmful purpose.

6. Your Content

You retain full ownership of any file you upload to nView. We only store and process your files to provide the App's functionality to you, and we do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Sailor Agent and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the App without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services (such as Apple, Google, and RevenueCat) to operate certain features. Your use of those features may also be subject to the respective third party's own terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that file conversions will always be accurate for every format.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sailor Agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from the Settings screen — see our Delete Account page for details.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [add your governing jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

شروط الاستخدام

١. الموافقة على الشروط

باستخدامك أو تحميلك أو الوصولك لتطبيق nView ("التطبيق")، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بشروط الاستخدام هذه. لو معندكش موافقة، الرجاء عدم استخدام التطبيق.

٢. وصف الخدمة

يتيح لك nView معاينة وتحويل وإدارة أنواع متعددة من الملفات (صور، مستندات، جداول بيانات، عروض تقديمية، وصيغ متخصصة)، وحفظ سجل ملفاتك، ومشاركتها أو حفظها من جهازك.

٣. تسجيل الحساب

لازم تنشئ حساب عشان تستخدم معظم مزايا التطبيق. إنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات دخولك وعن كل نشاط يتم تحت حسابك. لازم تقدّم معلومات دقيقة وقت التسجيل.

٤. الاشتراكات والمدفوعات

nView بيوفر خطط اشتراك مدفوعة اختيارية بتفتح مزايا إضافية.

  • التجديد التلقائي: الاشتراكات المشتراة عن طريق App Store أو Google Play بتتجدد تلقائيًا بنفس المدة ونفس السعر، إلا لو اتلغت قبل نهاية فترة الفوترة الحالية بـ 24 ساعة على الأقل.
  • الإلغاء: تقدر تلغي الاشتراك في أي وقت من إعدادات حساب Apple ID أو Google Play بتاعك. مفيش استرداد للجزء غير المستخدم من فترة الفوترة إلا لو القانون يلزم بذلك.
  • الفترات التجريبية المجانية: لو الخطة فيها فترة تجريبية مجانية، هيتم خصم المبلغ تلقائيًا بعد انتهاء الفترة إلا لو ألغيت قبل ما تنتهي.
  • طريقة الدفع اليدوي: لو اخترت الدفع بطريقة يدوية، طلب الاشتراك بتاعك بيتراجع ويتوافق عليه يدويًا من فريقنا بعد التحقق من رقم العملية المرجعي وإثبات الدفع. ده ممكن ياخد لحد كام يوم عمل.
إدارة أو إلغاء اشتراكات App Store/Play Store بتتم مباشرة من إعدادات حساب جهازك — مقدرش نلغيها نيابة عنك.

٥. الاستخدام المقبول

توافق على عدم استخدام التطبيق في:

  • رفع أو معالجة أي محتوى غير قانوني، أو منتهك لحقوق الغير، أو مالكش الحق في استخدامه.
  • محاولة الهندسة العكسية أو فك تجميع أو التدخل في التطبيق أو خوادمنا.
  • استخدام الخدمة لأي غرض احتيالي أو ضار.

٦. محتواك

تحتفظ بالملكية الكاملة لأي ملف ترفعه على nView. إحنا بس بنخزّن ونعالج ملفاتك عشان نقدّم وظائف التطبيق ليك، ومش بنطالب بأي حقوق ملكية على محتواك.

٧. الملكية الفكرية

التطبيق، بما فيه تصميمه وكوده وعلامته التجارية، ملك لـ Sailor Agent ومحمي بقوانين الملكية الفكرية المعمول بها. مينفعش تنسخ أو تعدّل أو تعيد توزيع أي جزء من التطبيق من غير إذن كتابي منّا.

٨. خدمات طرف ثالث

التطبيق بيعتمد على خدمات طرف ثالث (زي Apple وGoogle وRevenueCat) لتشغيل بعض المزايا. استخدامك للمزايا دي ممكن يخضع كمان لشروط وسياسات الطرف التالت نفسه.

٩. إخلاء المسؤولية عن الضمانات

التطبيق متاح "كما هو" و"حسب التوفر" من غير أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية. مش بنضمن إن التطبيق هيفضل شغال من غير انقطاع أو من غير أخطاء، أو إن تحويل الملفات هيكون دقيق دايمًا لكل صيغة.

١٠. حدود المسؤولية

لأقصى حد يسمح به القانون، Sailor Agent مش هتكون مسؤولة عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدامك أو عدم قدرتك على استخدام التطبيق.

١١. الإنهاء

ممكن نوقف أو نلغي حسابك لو خالفت الشروط دي. تقدر توقف استخدام التطبيق في أي وقت وتحذف حسابك من شاشة الإعدادات — راجع صفحة حذف الحساب للتفاصيل.

١٢. تغييرات على هذه الشروط

ممكن نحدّث الشروط دي من وقت لآخر. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد سريان التغييرات يُعتبر موافقة على الشروط المعدّلة.

١٣. القانون الحاكم

الشروط دي تخضع لقوانين [ضع الجهة القانونية الحاكمة هنا]، بغض النظر عن مبادئ تنازع القوانين.
