This Privacy Policy explains how nView ("we", "our", "the App") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application. By using nView, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account information — when you register or sign in, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and, if provided, a profile picture.
Files and content — any file you upload, view, or convert (images, PDFs, spreadsheets, documents, presentations, and other supported formats) is stored on our servers so you can access it later from your file history.
Location — with your permission, we use your approximate location once to automatically detect your country. We do not track or share your precise location with any other user.
Camera, photo library, and microphone — the App may request access to your camera and photo library to let you attach documents or images, and save files or previews back to your photo library. Microphone access is requested only if voice-note attachments are used.
Payment information — if you subscribe through the App Store or Google Play, purchase processing is handled entirely by Apple/Google and our payment partner (RevenueCat); we do not see or store your card details. If you pay through a manual payment method, we collect a transaction reference and a proof of payment image you upload, reviewed by our team.
Device and usage information — we collect a push-notification token (to deliver notifications, if enabled) and basic technical information needed to operate the service securely.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account.
- To store, process, and let you retrieve your uploaded files.
- To detect your country and tailor language/region settings.
- To process subscriptions and manage your billing history.
- To send you service-related notifications, if you enable them.
- To maintain the security and integrity of the App.
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third parties to operate the App:

4. Cross-App Sign-In
nView allows you to sign in using an account from our other application, NOWA, through a secure deep-link exchange. No password is shared between the two apps in this process — only a short-lived, one-time exchange code.
5. Data Security
All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
You can delete individual files at any time from your history, or delete your entire account and all associated data from the Settings screen inside the App. Full details of what is deleted immediately and what may be retained (e.g. billing records, for legal/accounting purposes) are described on our Delete Account page.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these rights directly within the App, or by contacting us below.
8. Children's Privacy
nView is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. International Users
Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and, where required, we will provide additional notice within the App.

توضح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيفية جمع تطبيق nView ("نحن"، "التطبيق") لمعلوماتك واستخدامها وحمايتها عند استخدامك للتطبيق. باستخدامك nView، فإنك توافق على جمع واستخدام المعلومات وفقًا لهذه السياسة.
١. المعلومات التي نجمعها
معلومات الحساب — عند التسجيل أو تسجيل الدخول، نجمع اسمك، بريدك الإلكتروني، رقم هاتفك، وصورة شخصية إن وُجدت.
الملفات والمحتوى — أي ملف ترفعه أو تعاينه أو تحوّله (صور، PDF، جداول بيانات، مستندات، عروض تقديمية، وأنواع أخرى مدعومة) يُخزَّن على خوادمنا عشان تقدر توصله لاحقًا من سجل ملفاتك.
الموقع الجغرافي — بموافقتك، نستخدم موقعك التقريبي مرة واحدة لاكتشاف دولتك تلقائيًا. لا نتتبع أو نشارك موقعك الدقيق مع أي مستخدم آخر.
الكاميرا، مكتبة الصور، والمايكروفون — قد يطلب التطبيق الوصول للكاميرا ومكتبة الصور عشان ترفق مستندات أو صور، وتحفظ ملفات أو معاينات في مكتبة صورك. الوصول للمايكروفون مطلوب فقط لو استخدمت إرفاق ملاحظات صوتية.
معلومات الدفع — لو اشتركت عن طريق App Store أو Google Play، تتم معالجة الدفع بالكامل عن طريق Apple/Google وشريكنا في إدارة الاشتراكات (RevenueCat)؛ نحن لا نرى ولا نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك. لو دفعت بطريقة يدوية، نجمع رقم مرجعي للعملية وصورة إثبات الدفع اللي بترفعها، وتتم مراجعتها من فريقنا.
معلومات الجهاز والاستخدام — نجمع رمز إشعارات (push token) عشان نوصلك بالإشعارات لو فعّلتها، ومعلومات تقنية أساسية لازمة لتشغيل الخدمة بأمان.
٢. إزاي بنستخدم معلوماتك
- إنشاء وإدارة حسابك.
- تخزين ومعالجة ملفاتك وتمكينك من استرجاعها.
- اكتشاف دولتك وتخصيص إعدادات اللغة/المنطقة.
- معالجة الاشتراكات وإدارة سجل الفواتير بتاعك.
- إرسال إشعارات متعلقة بالخدمة، لو فعّلتها.
- الحفاظ على أمان وسلامة التطبيق.
٣. خدمات طرف ثالث
بنعتمد على الأطراف التالية لتشغيل التطبيق:

٤. تسجيل الدخول عبر التطبيقات
يتيح لك nView تسجيل الدخول باستخدام حساب من تطبيقنا الآخر NOWA، عن طريق تبادل آمن عبر deep link. لا تتم مشاركة أي كلمة مرور بين التطبيقين في هذه العملية — بس كود تبادل مؤقت لمرة واحدة.
٥. أمان البيانات
كل البيانات المتبادلة بين التطبيق وخوادمنا مشفّرة أثناء النقل (HTTPS). رغم اتخاذنا إجراءات معقولة لحماية معلوماتك، لا توجد طريقة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة 100%، ولا يمكننا ضمان أمان مطلق.
٦. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
تقدر تحذف ملفات فردية في أي وقت من سجلك، أو تحذف حسابك بالكامل وكل البيانات المرتبطة به من شاشة الإعدادات داخل التطبيق. التفاصيل الكاملة لما يُحذف فورًا وما قد يُحتفظ به (زي سجلات الفواتير لأغراض قانونية/محاسبية) موضحة في صفحة حذف الحساب.
٧. حقوقك
حسب موقعك، ممكن يكون عندك الحق في الوصول لبياناتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو تصديرها أو حذفها، والاعتراض على أو تقييد بعض المعالجات. تقدر تمارس معظم الحقوق دي مباشرة داخل التطبيق، أو بالتواصل معنا تحت.
٨. خصوصية الأطفال
nView مش موجّه للأطفال تحت سن 13 عامًا (أو السن الأدنى المطلوب في دولتك)، ولا نجمع عمدًا معلومات شخصية من الأطفال.
٩. المستخدمون الدوليون
معلوماتك ممكن تتم معالجتها وتخزينها على خوادم خارج دولة إقامتك. باستخدامك التطبيق، فإنك توافق على هذا النقل.
١٠. تغييرات على هذه السياسة
ممكن نحدّث سياسة الخصوصية دي من وقت لآخر. أي تغييرات جوهرية هتنعكس بتحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" فوق، وهنوفر إشعار إضافي داخل التطبيق لو الأمر يتطلب ذلك.
