This page explains how to request deletion of your account and data from the nView app, and which data is deleted immediately versus retained for a limited period.

Steps to delete your account

1. Open the nView app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to the Settings tab (gear icon on the home screen).
3. Scroll down to the Account section.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account will be deleted immediately upon confirmation and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted immediately?

• Your profile information (name, email, phone number, avatar).
• All uploaded files and your file preview history.
• Thumbnails associated with your files.
• Your device's push notification token.

What may be retained, and why?

• Billing and subscription records: transaction records may be retained for [add duration, e.g. 5 years] to comply with legal accounting and tax requirements. These records do not provide access to your deleted files or account content.
• System backups: residual data may remain in general server backups for up to [add duration, e.g. 30 days] before automatic permanent deletion.

Deleting specific data without deleting your account

You can delete individual files from your history within the app directly, without deleting your entire account — by swiping on any file and selecting "Delete", or from the file's options menu.

توضح هذه الصفحة كيفية طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك من تطبيق nView، وأنواع البيانات التي يتم حذفها فورًا وتلك التي قد يتم الاحتفاظ بها لفترة محدودة.

خطوات حذف الحساب

1. افتح تطبيق nView وسجّل الدخول إلى حسابك.
2. اذهب إلى تبويب الإعدادات (أيقونة الترس في الشاشة الرئيسية).
3. مرّر لأسفل حتى قسم الحساب.
4. اضغط على حذف الحساب.
5. أكّد الحذف عند ظهور رسالة التأكيد.

سيتم حذف حسابك فور تأكيدك، ولن تتمكن من التراجع عن هذا الإجراء.

ماذا يُحذف فورًا؟

• معلومات ملفك الشخصي (الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، الصورة الشخصية).
• جميع الملفات التي رفعتها وسجل المعاينات الخاص بك.
• الصور المصغّرة المرتبطة بملفاتك.
• رمز الإشعارات الخاص بجهازك.

ما الذي قد يُحتفظ به، ولماذا؟

• سجلات الفواتير والاشتراكات: قد يتم الاحتفاظ بسجلات المعاملات المالية لفترة [ضع المدة هنا، مثال: 5 سنوات] للامتثال للمتطلبات المحاسبية والضريبية القانونية. هذه السجلات لا تتيح الوصول لملفاتك أو محتوى حسابك بعد الحذف.
• نسخ احتياطية للنظام: قد تبقى بيانات مؤقتة ضمن النسخ الاحتياطية العامة لخوادمنا لمدة أقصاها [ضع المدة هنا، مثال: 30 يومًا] قبل حذفها نهائيًا تلقائيًا.

حذف بيانات محددة دون حذف الحساب بالكامل

يمكنك حذف ملفات فردية من سجل الاستخدام داخل التطبيق مباشرة، من غير الحاجة لحذف حسابك بالكامل — عبر السحب على أي ملف واختيار "حذف"، أو من قائمة خيارات الملف.
